Q: What is the expected Youth attendance for the entire event?
A: 400, with up to 2/3rd youth.
Q: Can I come earlier than Friday? Will College accommodations be available?
A: Yes, for those that have early flights or traveling accommodations, an additional night will be available. Learn about college accommodations options here.
Q: Are all groups required to register?
A: Yes, all groups are required to register for the conference. If anyone registers the day-of it will be priced at the regular rate and those guests will not be accommodated at Muhlenberg’s dorms but are free to look locally for options. Sign up for the Youth Bike Summit here.
Q: Are there sponsorships?

Q: Can I be offered a refund if one of my students can not make it?
A: Registration purchases are non-refundable but they are transferrable within your organization.
Q: Will there be bike rentals available and can I bring my own bicycle?
A: We strongly encourage attendees to bring their own bicycles for the weekend. For those unable to travel with their personal bicycles, we will have a fleet of bikes available to be loaned out on a first come first served basis. If you are able to bring in additional bikes to be used by other attendees, please reach out to youthbikesummitjusticejourney@gmail.com
Q: Where is the Summit being held?
A: The Youth Bike Summit will take place in Lehigh Valley, PA with the Muhlenberg College campus being our main gathering place and act as our home base.
